E.H. Hassell have delivered an HDF 1200L heavy-duty tracked hopper feeder to Hanson Aggregates’ Needingworth Quarry in Cambridgeshire. The first bespoke feeder of this type was delivered to Hanson’s Bulls Lodge Quarry two years ago where so far it has handled around two million tonnes of material at a rate of 650-700 tonnes/h. E.H.Hassell, UK dealer for Sennebogen cranes has delivered a new 680HD (80 tonne capacity) lattice boom crawler crane to Magnor Plant Hire for work on the Heathrow terminal five project. The new 680HD specification includes two 160kn crane winches, a 48.5 metre main boom and an auxiliary jib.
