Our service department is run by highly qualified and experienced technicians who are experts in the machines we sell. Their skills are maintained to the highest standard with regular training by all of our major suppliers.

We run a large fleet of service vehicles fully equipped with a vast array of parts required for servicing and breakdowns covering the whole of the UK.

Service Cummins Engines Support

As well as servicing and supporting with genuine parts at competitive pricing for Deutz, Cummins and CAT engines within the Sennebogen range Hassells are dealers and distributors of Cummins/Fleetguard parts. Just ring our service and parts centre with your part number and/or engine number and we will provide a competitive quotation.


Equipment Maintenance

Completion of a qualified engineer to provide a full crane inspection can be scheduled. This will provide you confidence in knowing your machine has a clear bill of health and identification of any potential problems.

Air-conditioning Systems

We also have specialist engineering to provide complete service and repairs for all types of air-con units. If you have experienced problems or need to recharge the gas bottles please call our parts and service centre.

Tracking Systems

SENtrack – As with other tracking systems we offer for most of our machines, Sennebogen SENtrack can remote monitor the cranes operating status and servicing information and is made available securely on-line. It is a convenient, central platform for monitoring machine data worldwide, locating positions and for the effective planning of maintenance. The system will be able to provide in real-time the status of the machine, offering maintenance personnel and machine supervisors an attractive user interface for fleet management. With a custom login, machine supervisors can easily track all SENNEBOGEN machines, automatically view maintenance intervals and easily plan servicing in coordination with SENNEBOGEN sales and service partners. For example, the SENtrack system can display a visual notification when maintenance is due, immediately query the machine’s status, send the location to the service technician and review the machine’s key operating data.
